J-Tech’s Diesel Technology program is designed to deliver more than just classroom instruction. Our dedicated faculty partnered with industry professionals and local employers to design a curriculum that prepares graduates for the real world of diesel technology. Built around industry recognized ASE certifications, we’re getting our students ready for the realities of the workplace by providing practical training in a fully functioning shop with the latest equipment and experienced instructors who are there to help you succeed.

Once you’ve completed the program and earned your associate’s degree in Diesel Technology, you’ll be eligible to apply to our Diesel Advanced Technology Education Program. J-Tech is one of only three training centers in the U.S. authorized to offer this elite program and acceptance into the program can open the door to even more opportunities!
J-Tech’s Diesel Technology program focuses on training students to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and their various systems. That includes diesel engines, suspension and steering, drive train components that include transmissions and axles, brakes, preventative maintenance inspection, electrical/electronic systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and more.
